1. Be impeccable with your Word
Speak with integrity
Say only what you mean
Avoid using the Word to speak against yourself or about others
2. Don't take anything personally
Nothing others do is because of you
What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream
when you are immune to the options and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering
3. Don't make assumptions
Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want
Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama
With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life
4. Always do your best
Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick
Under any circumstances, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgement, self-abuse, and regret
Using these 4 principles in my workshop, will enable you to make the rest of your life the best of your life

January 2023 Intention Setting Weekend Retreat
Weekend Yoga Retreat with Vision Board Workshop and much more so you can immerse yourself
into setting your intentions on how you’d like to see 2023 unfold. This weekend retreat starts with
Yoga and Sound Bath focusing on Solar Plexus Chakra which warms the body from within, enlightens thoughts, engages with sense of sight, and helps to elaborate what you’d like to experience and manifest in this year ahead. You’ll be mentored into journalling and craft your own Vision Board! All material for this workshop will be provided in a tote bag for you to take home. There’s also time unwind in a treatment of your choice, enjoy the calming ground of the Manor, and indulge in an Afternoon Tea.
